Spring

Just saw the Bergdorf Goodman holiday windows now that the crowds are no longer lined up it's really fun to see them. My favorite was the Spring window display featuring a stuffed white ostrich and a mannequin wearing a dress with crystals by Naeem Khan. The theme was the four seasons - Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn - plus the Holiday season. Each window features artistic imagery on a white-on-white scheme. The windows were inspired by Natural History Museum dioramas. Bergdorf Goodman also featured "Calendar Girls" who represent the changing seasons. The autumnal “Harvest Moon” display features a rustic, farmland background and a Dolce & Gabbana gown with a wool overlay from the Fall/Winter 2008 collection.
